Germany, 1948. When Margaret, a war widow, is denied her widow’s pension, she cannot support her two sons anymore. Her rage fit is mistakenly diagnosed as schizophrenia and she is put into an asylum. Trying to find out the reasons behind it a year later after being released, she uncovers a horrifying truth. A German period drama starring Nadja Uhl.
