Eighteen-year-old Lea goes through nine days of hell. After an unwanted pregnancy, she finds herself trapped in a maze of administrative and bureaucratic hurdles around abortion. While her peers are still enjoying carefree summer, Lea is facing harsh adult realities. Caught between two very different worlds, this is a story about an unwanted leap from childhood into adulthood... This German short film, screened at Berlinale, was directed by Ella Knorz during her studies at the Television and Film School in Munich. The entire crew consisted of just two filmmakers and four actors.
