What if those around you start to see a different person in you? After moving into a new flat, electrician Wiktor is looking forward to a future with his wife, but instead finds himself in the shadow of the past. Their flat was once home to Lech Wałęsa, and Wiktor’s resemblance to the former president soon attracts the attention of those around him. Whilst his wife turns their home into a tourist attraction, he himself drifts further and further away from his own life and becomes someone he has never been. Michał Toczek’s bitter comedy was made at the National Film School of Poland in Łódź and won the award for Best Polish Short Film at the Kraków Film Festival.
