Sixteen-year-old Jasna is gifted with critical thinking. In a strongly patriarchal kingdom, such a trait is not very welcome. The tyrannical despot, Volk, therefore sends her on a journey from which she is never supposed to return alive. But Jasna has a plan to hack the system… This rap fairytale about justice was directed by multimedia artist, Marie Lukáčová. In her video installations and short films, the author explores current social topics that often stand on the thin line between fiction and non-fiction. This film is part of an intermedia trilogy, including a book, The Dragon and the Fish, and an exhibition, Wild Women. Lukáčová is considered a globally established artist whose work is presented at prestigious festivals and galleries.
