A documentary insight into the home of a divided Ukrainian family that was forced to flee to Czechia after the Russian invasion. Christmas is approaching. Svetlana and her two daughters want to spend the holidays with her husband and their father, who has stayed behind in Ukraine and cannot join them because of the ongoing war. So they start planning a dangerous journey to the Kiev area - there is bombing and water cuts. Is the whole trip worth the risk and will they make it back safely? What if they don't even recognize their original home when they return?
