Why do you live in Vietnam if you were born in the Czech Republic? Seventeen-year-old Kien spent ten years growing up away from his family. Why did he leave back then? And why is he suddenly returning to Cheb marketplace now? And what's with his red hair?! While the family struggles with a crisis of mutual alienation, each of its members is living out their own story — and each has a secret... The first Czech Viet-film is the feature debut of director Dužan Duong, who previously attracted attention with his short film Bo Hai (2017), which received nominations for both the Czech Lion and the Czech Film Critics’ Award.
